Adds a root
AGENTS.md(canonical) plus aCLAUDE.mdsymlink so AI coding agents have a single entry point describing this repo.This documents existing conventions only, drawn from the repo's actual files (package.json scripts, CI workflow, source modules, husky/lint-staged, CODEOWNERS). No behavior, tooling, or convention changes. AGENTS.md is canonical; CLAUDE.md is a symlink to it.
